0331(1)(g)(xiii) & 0331(3) During the course of this investigation, several staff were interviewed and asked about the timeout procedure at the center. Verbal statements were collected from staff interviews in which it was determined that high chairs and play pens are a common form of discipline method being used for timeouts with youngest child being a toddler.
